A Story

The Seven Pillars are the guiding principles of Xaviland. I created the Seven Pillars after I visited an Amazon fulfillment center as an industrial engineer and learned about Amazon's leadership principles. Although I'd been impressed by the efficiency of the warehouse, I felt like the sterility of the culture was also a weakness. 

That afternoon, I sat down on my dorm room floor, opened my laptop, and typed out the first version of The Seven Pillars. The Seven Pilars are unique because they integrate industrial 'common sense' with quantum reality and spiritual physics. They are: 

1. Spirit - Feel it first. 

2. Presence - Command your pace. 

3. Vision - Share a 'why'. 

4. Intuition and Reason - Trust your gut. Measure results. 

5. Artistic Mindset - Find beauty. Create beauty. 

6. Process - Perfect the 'how'. 

7. Incremental Improvement - Small changes add up.
